OUR STORY
SLICE TO MEET YOU

T-Town Style Pizza comes from the North. The life blood of the North is family. Our families breathe life into our inner circles and give us strength through the good times and the bad. No matter what, your family needs tasty food to not only sustain them but to create a deep emotional connection that will last a lifetime.
Originally our Pizza style was made to remind people of our home in the North, now we can share it with our new family, the city of Winnipeg. To form new bonds and create the same nostalgia that compels so many of our clients to not only rave to their friends and family but to drive hours just for a taste of our delicious Pizza.
Our Northern flavor Pizza is Chicago style with a New York twist. The signature dough has a crust thick enough to hold the tangy sauce, a mountain of fresh shredded and sliced toppings, which is then absolutely smothered in cheese.
Try a slice of the North today and together with your friends, family or all by yourself create a Northern T-Town Style Pizza memory.

Jack Colombe

Jack started his pizza journey at a local franchise restaurant in Thompson, MB at the age of 15. He worked his way to assistant manager and then graduated to a local pizzeria where he honed his ninja level pizza skills and down to earth, employee first management style.
Jack moved to Winnipeg in 2020 and unfortunately lost his job at a restaurant due to the pandemic restrictions. At that time Jack was really missing his home and family but being laid off was a blessing in disguise and would lead him down a path to realizing his dream of owning his own Pizzeria with his signature style pizzas.
Together Jacky & his team, step by step worked day and night and within 6 months went from traveling around to various communities and events to sell their pizza, to renting kitchen time and now to a brick and mortar where they have to turn clients away due to the avalanche of orders.
Jack started with zero in the bank and at one point he was the only chef. The quality of the pizza spoke for itself, and now they regularly push out 50-70+ pizzas a night.
But don’t take our word for it, order T-Town Style Pizza today and you can see for yourself why people travel from all over Manitoba just for some of our Northern Flavor.
Kenny Braun

When Jack lost his job he had a brainstorming session with his brother Kenny. At the time all Jack wanted was to get another job to pay the bills but Kenny had a better idea: for Jack to utilize his pizza chef experience and combine it with Kenny’s entrepreneurial magic. Kenny at the time was a Political Science and Economics student at the U of M, he created a plan that together, step by step he and his brother would build a Pizza Empire. Together, they worked day and night and within 6 months went from traveling around to various communities and events to sell their pizza, to renting kitchen time and now to a brick and mortar where they sometimes have to turn clients away due to the avalanche of orders.
Kenny & Jack started with zero in the bank, but the quality of the pizza spoke for itself.
